About Me

Hello! I'm Olga, a qualified Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I hold the Practitioner Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy as well as the respected Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD), which is considered the Gold Standard in Hypnotherapy Training. I take great pride in being affiliated with the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Association for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, both of which are committed to maintaining high standards in our field.

I am deeply committed to providing the best support possible. To stay at the cutting edge of hypnotherapy, I regularly attend professional development courses and carry out in-depth research on the latest techniques and knowledge in the field. My Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate confirm that I have undergone a thorough background check, and I also carry Public Liability Insurance for added peace of mind.
Originally from Latvia, I now reside in the Northwest of England, near Preston, where I work with clients aged 8 and up, either in person or via Zoom. I find that both methods are equally effective for fostering communication and collaboration. Before becoming a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, I gained valuable experience in the Public Health sector with the local authority. This, along with my Level 3 qualification in Person-Centred Counselling, has equipped me with a well-rounded skill set to better assist individuals seeking hypnotherapy.

My journey into Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy started when I decided to tackle my overwhelming fear of flying. Seeking help from a local hypnotherapist turned out to be a life-changing experience, igniting a passion in me to train as a hypnotherapist myself. I’ve come to truly believe in the transformative potential of neuroscience alongside Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy. This journey has given me a profound appreciation for this approach to therapy. I’m eager to share its incredible benefits with others, helping them on their paths to well-being and personal growth.

“Firstly I would like to thank you for treating me as I really do feel calmer and more in control after the sessions. I hoped to achieve an improvement in my IBS symptoms. Secondly my hopes were to achieve a reduction in my general anxiety and an improvement in my sleeping pattern. After eight sessions, I feel that I have achieved my goals.
