I’m really proud to be a part of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, and the Association for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy. They are all about maintaining high standards in the field, which is something I’m really passionate about. I’m dedicated to providing you with the best possible support. I’m always attending professional development courses and doing a lot of research to make sure I’m up to date with the latest knowledge and techniques in hypnotherapy. I also have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate, so you can be sure that I’ve undergone a thorough background check. And, of course, I have Public Liability Insurance, too.

I'm originally from Latvia and now live in the Northwest of England, close to Preston. I offer my services to clients both in person and virtually through Zoom. I find both methods equally effective for communication and collaboration. Before becoming a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, I worked in the Public Health sector for the local authority. My past experience, along with completing Level 3 Person-Centred Counselling, has provided me with a well-rounded skill set to better serve individuals seeking hypnotherapy assistance. My journey with Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy began when I decided to address my unbearable fear of flying. Seeking the help of a local hypnotherapist was transformative, sparking a passion in me to pursue training as a hypnotherapist myself.

I am a big believer in the amazing power of neuroscience and Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy. Through my own journey, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for this therapeutic approach. I’m really excited to share its wonderful benefits with others and help them on their journey to well-being and personal growth. The solution-focused approach offers a way to address and move on from past experiences without making individuals continuously relive or retell their stories. This approach is especially great for people dealing with trauma, PTSD, fears, and phobias, as it focuses on the present and future rather than constantly diving into past experiences.

t’s important to recognise and honour the past that led individuals to therapy. However, true happiness comes from working towards a future that aligns with your aspirations. The future isn’t set in stone—it can be shaped by your desires and efforts. So, creating a positive and fulfilling future is key to finding happiness and contentment.

Solution-focused hypnotherapy (SFH) is a therapeutic framework that integrates principles of psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis to help individuals create positive changes in their lives. By focusing on solutions rather than dwelling on problems, SFH seeks to empower individuals to identify and work towards their goals. This approach not only harnesses the power of the subconscious mind through hypnosis but also utilises evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to facilitate personal growth and wellbeing.

Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is highly collaborative. Therapists work closely with clients to identify goals and harness their strengths and resources to achieve them. It empowers clients by recognising and utilising their existing skills and capabilities.

This therapy is designed to be short-term. The number of sessions required varies but is generally fewer compared to traditional psychotherapies. The focus is on rapid improvement and building momentum toward the client’s goals.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can be used to address a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, sleep problems, weight management, and habit disorders. It is also effective in enhancing performance in areas such as sports, academics, and public speaking.

Overall, Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy aims to bring about positive change quickly and efficiently by leveraging the power of the mind in a supportive and structured way.
